Your first attempt should be taken with no notes! However, you should have paper ready to take notes on the questions you miss. Show your blank pages to the webcam and as you work on your first attempt TAKE NOTES ON THE QUESTIONS YOU MISSED! Study these questions and THEN TAKE YOUR SECOND ATTEMPT AGAIN WITH NO NOTES!

You must use a laptop or desktop with a webcam or built-in camera and microphone. You may use any written notes, but you may NOT use online sources during the exam or access electronic documents.
