Submit Grades
Before Submitting Final Grades
Grades can only be submitted from Canvas to MyGWC once for each class, so you want to be sure you send the right grades.
Please do the following before you proceed to submit your grades:
- Enter grades for every graded assignment — including zeros for missed assignments. See: 🎬 The Missing Policy
- Ensure that all grades have been Posted (that they are not Hidden).
- Check that all totals and letter grades are correct.
All blank scores (i.e. not submitted/graded) or hidden assignments will receive zeroes.
How to Submit Grades to MyGWC
- Click “Submit Grades” on your Course Menu.
- Review the instructions and double check all letter grades.
- Scroll down and click the “Submit Grades” button.
- Click the “Submit Final Grades” button to confirm.
Letter grades will be submitted to MyGWC, so you will not have to enter them manually, one-by-one. 🎉 - Log into MyGWC
Links to an external site. and provide the Last Date of Attendance (LDA) for any students who received F, NP, I or W grades.
